You will lose access to the app, statements, and any saved details once deletion is completed.
As a UK-based financial service, we must retain certain records for anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory purposes (e.g., up to 5 years after the relationship or a transaction ends). This can include:
* KYC/KYB documents and verification results
* Transaction records and payout details
* Fraud-prevention and sanctions-screening logs
* Records needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
These records are restricted and used only for compliance and legal obligations. When the retention period ends, we delete or anonymise them.
* Download any statements or receipts you need.
* Ensure all transfers are completed and there are no negative balances or chargebacks.
* Cancel scheduled transfers and remove saved payment methods.
To protect your account, we’ll confirm ownership using one or more of:
* A verification link or OTP sent to your registered email
* Additional KYC checks if required
